Prices

All prices include 25% Danish VAT.

The agreement

The agreement is binding when you have received our order confirmation by e-mail. We only charge your payment when the item ships.

Payment

We do not charge a payment fee.

Delivery

We ship with PostNord to all of Denmark and the EU. See prices and delivery times under Shipping.

Right of withdrawal and complaints

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 2-year right to complain. See the details under Refund policy.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us first. If we cannot find a solution, you can complain to the Danish Board of Consumer Complaints, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg (naevneneshus.dk). The EU online dispute resolution platform can also be used.
