Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. You do not need to give a reason.

Let us know at hello@toysbyhouman.dk within 14 days before you send the item back, and return the item no later than 14 days after notifying us.

You pay the return shipping yourself, unless the item is defective or wrong. The item must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it. You may try the item as you would in a physical shop.

We refund the amount, including the original standard shipping, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the item back.

Complaints

You have a 2-year right to complain under Danish consumer law. If your item is faulty, write to us with a photo and your order number and we will find a solution.
